The weekly star prize consists of two adult return rail tickets to anywhere in Great Britain. The weekly runner up prizes include 125 x two adult return rail tickets to anywhere on Northern Rail services only. The free prize draw runs for eight weeks from 29 August – 23 October 2011. One star prize and 125 runners up prizes will be allocated each week of the prize draw. Prizes must be taken before 31 December 2011

You must register with MyNorthern to be entered into the free prize draw.
Existing customers of MyNorthern will be entered into the draw when they login and 'opt in' for their chance to win.
The free prize draw is open to all people resident in Great Britain except for employees (and their families) of Northern Rail, their agencies or any other persons or company directly connected with the administration of this prize draw.
Closing date of the free prize draw is 23 October 2011. The prize winners will be randomly selected under independent supervision and the judge's decision is final. All winners will be notified within two weeks of the closing date.

No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent of guardian. Terms and conditions of the carriers apply.
Weekly draws and prizes will be sent out as follows:
- Week 1: Draw date: 5 September - Prize sent by:19 September
- Week 2: Draw date: 12 September - Prize sent by: 26 September
- Week 3 Draw date: 19 September- Prize sent by: 3 October
- Week 4 Draw date: 26 September - Prize sent by: 10 October
- Week 5 Draw date: 3 October - Prize sent by:17 October
- Week 6 Draw date: 10 October - Prize sent by: 24 October
- Week 7 Draw date: 17 October - Prize sent by: 31 October
- Week 8 Draw date: 24 October - Prize sent by: 7 November
Only one entry per person is permitted. If you are unsuccessful in the first week of the prize draw, your entry will be resubmitted for all subsequent weeks of the draw. No purchase necessary.
Any personal data captured will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes) without the individual's prior consent.
