I've got a small piece of this left over from Christmas, I didn't order it, it was a 'substution' which sneaked in under the radar. None of us like this in it's current form, so does anyone have any receipes which use it?

Is it cheese with bits of mint chocolate actually in it ? Sounds absolutely vile  what a waste of a decent cheese
Sorry that wasn't very helpful, but sounds like it would be best binned0 -
Isn't MrBadExample the best person to ask about this? He's the expert in Doing Things with Ghastly Sounding Cheese. (See his sticky toffee cheese thread)0

Yes, that's exactley what it is - and peppermint oil added to the cheese - truely horrid, and having checked my order pre Christmas, it wasn't even a sub, I just never ordered it and wasn't charged for it (like I wasn't charged for the carrots, the sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli...... Can't complain)
