How do I find out what Bank Loans I've had in the past

Hi,

I'll not beat about the bush... I'm terrible with paperwork and have a memory like a seive. Not a good combination... I also have no paperwork from any of my previous loans, some of which I can only vaguely remember...

I was thinking about trying to reclaim PPI, as I'm sure I've done it before, but can't think of how I can possibly do this to be honest...

Can anyone suggest anything useful to do in this situation?

Cheers in advance!

How do you know if you had any previous loans?

How about walking the high street where you live - go past the banks and building societies to see if it rings any bells!

Your credit reports will show anything within the last 6 years. Request your reports from Experian, Equifax and callcredit and that should give you a good idea.

It sounds to me as if you are just on a fishing expedition. Let it go.
