LOVEFiLM InBevCanne Film Festival Competition - Terms and Conditions 1. This Competition is organised and promoted by LOVEFiLM UK Limited of No. 9, 6 Portal Way, London W3 6RU ("LOVEFiLM"). 2. This Competition may only be entered by LOVEFiLM members who are UK residents and not by any employees or contractors of LOVEFiLM or of InBev UK Limited (“Stella Artois”) or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of this Competition, or their families. Persons resident in a country or jurisdiction outside the UK where a Competition may breach any law or regulation may not enter. One entry per LOVEFiLM member. 3. To enter the Competition, you must correctly answer the question on the Cannes Film Festival microsite on or before the closing date of 25 April 2011. 4. A winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date using the then current email address on that person’s LOVEFiLM account. It is your responsibility to check your email account to see if you have won. If there has been no response from the originally selected winner after 30 days, the prize will be awarded to the reserves in consecutive order drawn at the time of original winner. 5. Within six weeks of notification, the details of the prize will be provided to the winner via the current email address on his or her LOVEFiLM account. The prize is a trip for two people to Cannes for three days and two nights in one room (for 2 people). 6. The prize is for two people: the winner and one guest. The Prize package must be taken on either 11 to 13 May 2011 or 13 to 15 May 2011, depending on availability, and will be decided by LOVEFiLM. 7. The prize will consist of the following: • Return flights (economy) from a UK airport to Nice (or Marseille depending on availability of flights at time of booking); • Return transfers from Nice or Marseille airport to Cannes; • Two nights full board stay at the five star Carlton hotel; • Tickets to exclusive film screenings; • Access to the Stella Artois area of Carlton beach; and • Passes for VIP parties. All other costs will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 8. Details of the winner will be available from LOVEFiLM within 14 days after the closing date by emailing competitions@lovefilm.com. 9. Prize winners and guests must be of minimum legal UK drinking age and at least 18 years of age or over at the time of entry, need to hold a valid passport and arrange their own travel insurance. 10. The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to alter the advertised prize in circumstances out of our control but the alternative prize will be of an equal or greater value. 11. LOVEFiLM does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries or notifications, or entries or notifications lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, internet congestion, technical issue or any other cause whatsoever outside LOVEFiLM’s control. 12. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, LOVEFiLM reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion, amend these terms and conditions, declare void the notification of winners and/or to allocate the prize by a fresh draw. 13. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win. 14. In cases where we already know this data the field will either not appear or will be pre populated. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them. LOVEFiLM's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is governed by English law.
