Free printable labels for jars and things.
I posted this a few years ago, but they have changed the url now and have updated the site:
http://www.hp.com/hho/hp_create/them...d_cooking.html
This is for Print At Home labels for home preserves, canning labels and gift tags, home made wine etc
Lots to choose from. Many designs.
Have fun.

Years gone by, I used to use Uhu glue.
It seemed to do very well and it could be removed later from something like glass.
A modern variety.... no idea!

Great spot, Cinders & thanks for updating - I'll suggest this for the jar tombola stall so we can get the school name & the fete date standardised. Helps discourage the same jars circulating!

if you sign up to avery labels.com you can usually request free samples to then try out on different containers for the best 'stickiness'.
