Asda beer/lager 3 cases now £22
My local Asda (Boldon) has the following cases of beer/lager (£9.95 each), any 2 cases for £18 or any 3 cases for £24.
I believe the offer has been advertised on TV so it may be national.
Becks (btls) 20 x 275ml
Stella (btls) 20 x 284ml
Kronenbourg (btls) 20 x 300ml
Strongbow (cans) 18 x 440ml
Fosters (cans) 20 x 440ml
Boddingtons (cans) 18 x 440ml
Carling (cans) 18 x 440ml
Carlsberg (cans) 20 x 440ml
John Smiths (cans) 18 x 440ml
Edit - Called in today (23rd Nov) and the deal is now 2 for £16 or 3 for £22

Sainsburys - 20 * 440ml Cans @ £9.99 (64p per pint)
Picked up some on Friday from WhiteRose, Leeds (sign above said Managers special so duno if it's national offer)
Asda - 3 trays @ £24 works out at 80p per pint.

Yeah they have similar (or same) offer online as I have just done an Asda online order but their online order is 6 for £48 rather than 3 for £24

£24 for 3 cases from Asda = £8 for 1 case.
Assuming 20 cans per case, £8/20 cans = 40p per 440ml can.
Assuming 1 pint = 568ml, then 40p/440 x 568 = 51.6p/pint or 90.91p/Litre.
Obviously the bottles work out more expensive per pint but the cans are very reasonable in my opinion.

I was comparing Stella - which at Asda was 20 * 284ml bottles (10 pint tray).
(30 pints @ £24 or 80p per pint).
Sainsburys were 20 * 440ml cans (15.49 pints per tray)
(15.49 pints @ £9.99 or 64p per pint).

I had that problem online earlier and I rang the customer services and they said that it should come off properly when they put it through at the store before delivery and if it doesnt ring them back and they will refund it.

Just wondered if any knew....just saw the offer advertised on the TV and it was saying that instore the offer is 2 for £18 or 3 for £24 - if you buy online its coming up as just 6 for £48 - do you reckon the 2 for £18 will work online or not?!

Now down to £16 for 2 cases or £22 for 3 cases.
I've edited my original post to reflect this.
Also, HotUKDeals has a promotional code for £10 off an order of £35 or more at Asda online. Haven't tried it myself but it might be worth a go?
Here's the link:
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deal/7754/...-35-asda-co-uk
(Expires 30/11/2006)
PS Thanks to edi at HotUKDeals for OP.

Asda Lager Deal
Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place, just wondering if anyone can tell me what the deal is with the lager for 3 for £22.00 trying to order online but I can't see which ones they are referring to.
Thanks in advance!

Can you change your thread title to avoid confusion please?

There's a big exclamation mark now on the beer aisle on their website saying that the 2 for 16 and 3 for 22 will be honoured.

Can anyone tell me how to find these ales on line. I'm struggling to find them although the website currently states this deal at £22 will be honoured.

These will come down in price before Christmas. There will be 24 pack crates for 9.99 and then multisave on top. I wouldn't buy the lot yet!
