If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools, Add-ons, Get New Add-on, and download "Pixir Grabber". This allows you to "grab" a part or all of a web page. Included with the download is a free image editor, which is as good as many commercially available, and it's free! Not sure if this is available for Explorer as I don't use it.
