Free tetris-like game to learn geography

this is an online game like tetris except you are learning countries locations / states location / counties location. i like the idea. found this for my niece.

  Call me thick but I can't seem to drag the states to the chosen position?
  Never played tetris either so perhaps there is some secret method?
