    £200 High Street Voucher Competition
    1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter and their families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
    2. There is one prize only, which consists of:
    - 1 x £200 High Street gift voucher (accepted at 20,000 top UK stores)
    3. Entry is via the internet only (https://www.birdseye.co.uk). To enter, simply complete the associated entry form and click ‘submit’ for online submissions. No purchase is necessary.
    4. Only one entry per person allowed. No postal entries will be accepted.
    5. Entries from organised groups and competition clubs, as well as bulk entries will not be accepted.
    6. There is no cash alternative.
    7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are not received due to any problems with third party services, including internet connections.
    8. Opening date for receipt of entries is midday on Wednesday 27 October 2010.
    9. Closing date for receipt of entries is midday on Wednesday 19 January 2011.
    10. The winner will be chosen at random by an impartial third party and will be notified by email or phone by Wednesday 2 February 2011.
    11. This prize is managed by NDL Group, who will contact the winners by email or telephone.
    12. Should the stated prize be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
    13. If by midday on Wednesday 16 February 2011 we have still not managed to contact a winner we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random to receive the relevant prize. Again, this winner will be selected at random under independent supervision and will be notified by email or phone.
    14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    15. The winner may be required to take part in related publicity.
