If you're heading anywhere near a beach or swimmin pool this summer you have to request this free DVD from RNLI packed full of exciting thing to do in the water as well as info on how to stay safe. It will make good watching for any child and most adults too.

I see this is still available - has anyone seen it & can tell me what ages it's aimed at? I'm wondering if it would be good for my guides (aged 10-14) before we go kayaking and sailing in the summer...
