Faster payments and Paypal??

When someone pays the £5 fee for the faster payment service that Paypal do for moving cash from there to bank account do they use the faster payment service that we can all use that the money getting the money gets it same day and within a couple of hours?

Im asking as am waitting for fund to go into bank account from paypal account that were done on Sat night and trying to work out if the funds will go into bank today(hope so as paid the £5 fee)

Also are there any other ways to top up paypal account without it taking 5 days doing it via the bank??

im new to paypal thats why im asking.
