Visit www.nescafe.co.uk/rainorshine to enter your contact details or text 'Nescafe' to advertised SMS service number 83118 between 21/07/2010 and 31/08/2010 and you will automatically be entered into all rainy day prize draws for a chance to win £1000.
Rainy days are determined by an independent and official adjudicator from the MET office for rainfall on the MET office; Fitzroy Road, Exeter, Devon, EX1 3PB. This official list of rainy days during the promotion period will be listed on www.nescafe.co.uk/rainorshine within 14 days of the closing date.
No purchase necessary.
Entry will cost you 1 x Standard Network rate SMS cost but may not be included within a pre-paid text package and is available to T-Mobile, O2, orange, Vodafone, Hutchinson 3G and Virgin customers only. Please get permission from the person who pays the bill.
The promotional period is from 21/07/2010 to 31/08/2010 inclusive. Closing date for entries is midnight 31/08/2010.

All entrants must be aged 16 years or over. Nestle UK Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their age and identity.
Entrants may only enter once; each entry will be entered into all prize draws. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified.
Entrants can only win once.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, or incomplete electronic entries or access to the promotion. Any such entries will be deemed void.
The entrant's personal information will only be used for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties.
All prize draws will take place on 01/09/2010; the number of draws and prizes of £1000 will be dependent on how many days it has rained during the promotion period.
Winners will be selected at random under independent supervision and notified within 28 days by telephone, email or in writing.
In the event that a winner fails to answer after three attempts at calling then Nestle UK Ltd will reserve the right to select another winner at random.
The prize will be arranged by Nestle UK Ltd or one of its selected promotional partners.
The prize money will be given in the form of a cheque made payable to the winners within 28 days of being notified.
The winners' names and counties will be available from www.nescafe.co.uk/rainorshine 28 days after the closing date and for a minimum of three months.
Nestle UK Ltd and Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd reserve the right to use the winners' details for PR and press activity.
Entry into the prize draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the winner fails to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
