Stain removal on embroidered tablecloths

I bought several lovely vintage embroidered tablecloths & tray cloths from a charity shop & there are a few stains on them, could someone please suggest a good stain remover that won't take the colour out of the silks.
If they won't come out it won't be the end of the world as I can always fold them startegically & hang them on my airer as decoration as they are gorgeous but I would really like to use them if possible.
