Who owns my debt???

I have got myself into a position where I may be able to pay off £25k of debt with £10k of windfall (by Full and Final settlement).
Have got my online Experian report and i am trying to work out who owns my "old" debt. The address on experian dont te in with the correspondence of letters I have received and filed (between 6months and three years old).
How do i find who owns my debt as i know they sell it to each other - any ideas? When I know who owns what I can give them part payment of my debts
