Yes - even listening again is difficult.
And how does the clue of Old English help differentiate between break and brake?

216 on the second time of trying
First time I got sappy - what sort of word is that
Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till The End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time

If you hear a word and you are not sure about it, click on word help, and then make sure you click across to next tip. The first tip gives the word origin, which isn't very helpful, but the next one gives word type (adjective etc), the next one is the definition, and the next one uses the word in a sentence.
Definitely helps for words like their/there etc.
