Cookbook for download: "Real Meals - Simple Cooking Made Easy"
this is from another freebie site.
it's government produced and aimed at 11-year olds.
The 'Real Meals – Simple Cooking Made Easy' cookbook containing 32 classic recipes and sauces and endorsed by top chef Phil Vickery, was chosen after the public was asked to nominate the basic dishes every child should learn how to cook.
find out more and download it from here.

Not just for kids, I'll try one or two things off here I think. Also would be great for students just venturing out on their own!

Well - it made me laugh - I could not believe the custard recipe!:rolleyes2
The instructions are on the tin - it is not making it at all!
Even I now buy it ready made and supermarket own brand - then it can go in a microwave - (but I eat it cold...)

We didn't get an error message ourselves, but it took forever to download on Hubby's machine.
Come to think of it, I think when he tried on my machine, we got a 'not enough memory' message!!

Well done Jack! I’ve only just checked Martin’s email as I’ve been away, I’m actually starting to have MSE withdrawal symptoms too. I’ve been on the look out for something like this for ages and these look pretty straightforward as well.
Great find!
Thanks
