in Cutting tax
Currently resident in UK, but thinking of moving to France.
(Before Brexit!)
I am retired with a small pension (under state pension age), and most of my income comes from UK property. So, this property income would still be taxed in the UK.
I have been putting 5 or 6 thousand pounds into VCTs the last 3 years to reduce my tax liability. So my Q is, can I continue to do this as a non resident?
(I know theres lots of other issues about moving, but just going through one at a time and can't find any info on this one.)

Just in case anyone else is looking for this obscure point, I found out residency in the UK is not a requirement0
