SOA for ipa ( dept doctor)

Please see below my soa for my ipa payments
Please note that I live with my partner she has two kids from a previous relationship.I have two kids who live 90 miles each way away I have my two kids every other weekend so that’s 360miles every other weekend plus occasional journeys for parents evening / or to see them in the week ( depends on work )
My place of work is 30miles each way I can sometimes work 7 days a week
I have prof of the miles I do a year via old mots
my kids are aged 3 and 8 my 8 year old son is autistic and has a severe hearing loss so I do as much as I can to help give with appointments school meeting
I have worked out my salary upon last years p60 and i have averaged over the 12 months.
My wages depends on over time that is compulsory some months I work 10hours overtime other months I can work 70 +hours overtime last year I earned over 14k in over time my basic pay is 32k I would also like to add that I am shifted to work on a 12 day rota with every other weekend garrented off ( the weekend I have my kids)
some times I work 12 days flat and have my weekend off and other times I may work 8 days and have 4 days off when no work but always have the every other weekend off
I have put about my jobs as I know some one will say to do no over time but this is sumthing out of my control .
I would also like to add I pay under the amount that the csa recommend of £515 pm

Ok, so.....
Get rid off emergencies. (-20)
Reduce presents to £40. (-50)
increase groceries to £650 (+200)
Add footwear £40 (+40)
This is an overall increase of £170, which reduces your proposed IPA by that amount.
Tomorrow (but might be Wednesday) I want to have a look at a pro rata of the 2 incomes and see what that does as that may work in your favour, but lets see.
It is of course perfectly right that your partner has money to pay her debts as you have listed.

As my wages differ each month how will they work out what needs to be paid?
I have forgot to add our brake down cover to the soa

Increase fuel costs, I get over £400 for that with no need for any proof, increase kids clubs slightly, try your best to avoid paying any ipa0

Could any one advise we pay for a few after school clubs swimming,gymlastics, etc it add up to around 75 pm will this be challenged by the OR on a ipa0
