1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), ROI, CI and IOM aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Haribo Dunhills (the "Promoter") or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Promotional Period: The promotion opens at 00:00 on 29.02.16 and closes at 23:59 31.08.16 for receipt of all entries.
3. Entry Instructions: No purchase necessary. To enter, visit https://www.teamstarmix.com and follow the instructions. Entrants will be required to provide their full name and email address, select their favourite Starmix sweet, and confirm they are 16 or over in order to enter.
4. Strictly one entry per person per day. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries in a way that is not consistent with the terms of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. Winner Selection: Prizes have been pre-allocated and randomly assigned to “winning moments” via a secure, independently verified computer based programme. There are at least 900 “winning moments” allocated to each team. The entrant who enters first on or after the winning moment, will win. In the event that no-one enters during a winning moment, that prize will be re-allocated to the final draw.
6. In the unlikely event of a tie, the winner will be drawn at random and independently verified.
7. There are at least 4,500 “winning moments” throughout the promotional period. Prizes range from keyrings to bags and will be allocated randomly to the “winning moments”.
8. Winners will be informed immediately via on screen notification and a follow-up confirmation email within 48 hours.
9. In the event of any conflict between the details contained in the on screen notification and the email, the information contained in the email will be considered to be correct.
10. Any prizes that remain unclaimed, refused or unwon will be reallocated into the Late entry draw.
11. Late entry draw: All entries received after 31.08.16 will be placed into the final draws which close on 30.11.16. There will be 5 final prize draws, one for each team, and all prizes not won during the main promotional period will be re-allocated to these draws. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries received between 01.09.16 and the final draw closing date 30.11.16 and notified by email within 14 days of the final draw closing date.

13. Prizes will be despatched within 28 days of email confirmation.
14. Prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners and will only be sent to the address provided by the winner on teamstarmix.co.uk when entering the promotion.
15. General: 15. Other than if specified, no cash or alternative prizes are available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value or to remove a prize. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the Winners. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.
