Do Chandlers run debt management schemes ?
Her husband recently left her , and every day she finds more debt and more debt he left...and he constantly lies
He has told her he has entered a debt management agreement with Chandlers , I know they collect debts on behalf of HMRC , but do they adminster schemes along the lines of paypal etc

They are not a debt management company no.
From there website I would say they are high court enforcement agents.
