csa help quick!

Hi everyone,
Me and oh have now decided to go seperate ways, question to you all is if i was to go through csa for 3 kids approximatley how much would i get? Its that hes offering to pay mortgage until the council will rehouse us and the house is sold, would i be better off taking this offer or just cut and dry things and go to csa? I dont want things to get messy has he will be in my life forever now because of kids but i do still need to look after my best intrests!

    I think its 20% of his net earnings, you could try and come to a maintenance agreement between yourselves instead of involving the CSA.

    You wont get a council house cause you own a property, although if you sell it you will be entitled to go on the housing register, it might be better for you to stay in the house with children instead :)

    If I am correct, you will only receive a minimum amount from the CSA if you are in receipt of benefits (£10 a week I think).

    Please correct me if I am wrong.
