Ignore the credit score, it is essentially meaningless to us. Each lender has their own credit scoring.
I would only suggest speaking to a broker who can discuss your options whether a first charge or a second charge mortgage may be more suitable for you. They can have a detailed look over your credit report then and look at what options you will have.I am a Mortgage Broker.
