We are about to come into 5K, we have £2500 left on a NatWest Loan which started @£12500.
Obviously paying off the higher rate Credit Card would save the most money & we know that... but wouldn’t clearing a £229 monthly commitment sit better credit score wise?

Your credit score is irrelevant nobody but you sees it, credit history is what matters, you could clear the loan and then throw the £229 at the CC0

Thanks for the reply, yes that was our exact thinking earlier. Settle the loan then throw £229 a month @ a credit card. Want to get a car on HP @ the end of the year so probably another reason to rid the £229 a month solid commitment sooner0
