Help - no winner? Scam comp?

I've been asking for well over a week and to th various companies involved to try and find out who won the #elviewishlist comp over on instagram. It was an $800 prize with items from several companies and there was supposed to be a winner announced via an instagram post on 12th Dec.

Can anyone help out? Maybe you'll have better google-fu than me.

Should I make an official ASA complaint??
