Hi there, hope I am posting in right place, sorry if not. Asking for a friend visiting me who's having a bit of a situation back home apparently..
If you are not at home, but someone else is, when bailiffs supposedly come to your property, are they able to speak to you on the phone to try and resolve the matter?
(I have my opinion on this, and have shared them with her, but looking for what other people say and if anyone can post me a link to follow to prove their claim it would be most helpful aswell)
