I've just had that one too. I got DQ about 10 minutes in, though the next DS on Broadbank / Talk / TV packages was a success and only took about 12 minutes.0 -

I had that one, awful, took an hour. Only kept at it cos I've not had a DS for days and, of course, you always hope you are almost there! And thought it would be better than trawling all day to try and meet goal!0 -

In the middle of a survey on tablet brands and got half way.
