Moray Council are issuing a card to allow pupils to travel into Elgin at a discounted rate. It also offers discounts at stores and leisure facilities.The card can be applied for through the school.     I don't live in the Moray area, but this information must be really 'money-saving' for those who do. I can't believe that none of the other 100 viewers bothered to thank you for posting.

    It may also be a sad indicator of how badly Moray Council have cut facillities/activities for young people across the area in the last few years - now they pretty much have to go into Elgin for everything.
