Freezing Part Baked Bread and Scones

Options
Hi,

I enjoy making myself cheese scones and fresh bread, is it possible to part bake these and freeze them? I could then defrost and bake for a few minutes like some of the shop bought ones. Does anyone do this or know how it turns out?

Any advice greatly appreciated as I am single and would love the convenience plus cheap home made goods!

Thank you,

Swish

    The simple answer is ...

    Yes!

I prefer to freeze them after cooking but that's just my personal preference.

When you freeze them, flash freeze them, in other words, don't wrap them first. Once they are firm you can wrap, bag and label them :D:D

Thank you. I'm going to make myself a beautiful pile of cheese scone tomorrow and will freeze away!
