    5/18 for me please. I think tomorrow will be tricky as I'm already thinking about it. I can't drink Friday as driving so my brain is suggesting I swap. I should ignore this and do an extra make up day for previous losses.

    2/15 please - that's me committed to not drinking tonight. I was out with a colleague Tuesday and last night had yet another s*d it moment after v difficult day. So a bit behind - had hoped to be at 4 today but will continue - glad it's early in the month. Lots of time to catch up.

    Would have liked a drink today. So much work nonsense happening, but went to a non alcohol-serving cafe for lunch so taken out of my hands but glad to have another AF day.
    2017- 5 credit cards plus loan
    Overdraft And 1 credit card paid off.

    2018 plans - reduce debt

    4/21 for me today. I was in two minds about drinking as I was out with friends. Persuaded myself I'd start with a soft drink and see how I felt later. When later came I wasn't that bothered so had another soft drink. Apart from the decision itself it didn't affect my enjoyment of the evening out, apart from realising we all talk a load of rubbish towards the end of the evening when we've been drinking!

    Up to 3/10 for Weds night but had a s*d it moment last night after a long day at work. Really shouldn't have done it, must try harder next week as I really want to make target this month despite a trip abroad from next saturday
