The winner will be chosen within two weeks of the competition closing date.
The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries.
The draw will be attended by an independent observer.
Prize includes accommodation for two adults over the age of 18 in a double or twin room. A three course meal is included each night.
Prize valid for six months upon notification.
