Reclaiming wrong prescriptions

Options
Hi, my doctor diagnosed me with depression 3 years ago, and so I've been on many different kinds of antidepressants since then. I recently found out that I have a completely different condition, one that was really easy to diagnose and does not need medicating. I am really frustrated because it seems I have wasted 3 years worth of time and money, is there a way I can get this money back?

Show your evidence that there has been medical malpractice to a specialist solicitor..

Be aware that a misdiagnosis is not necessarily malpractice.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

I know someone with mental illness and its notoriously hard to get the right medication. He had to go through a number of different types and mixtures and levels to get to what he is currently on.

That is the normal pattern and does not mean malpractice.
