Look on the pack, ask any assistant or (if there is one) ask at the deli counter.0

Salami and similar products are intended to be eaten cold. Frankfurters can be eaten hot or cold.
Beware of asking for sausages in the UK as they are normally raw.
Fresh sausage rolls are pre-cooked and ready to eat hot or cold.0 -
next to the cooked chickens in tesco .
You can tell they are cooked as they are hot0 -
They sell cooked sausages? I never knew that.
Also this kind of thing: http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=268336906
It's a whole new world.0 -
Meat Free versions only need a microwave re-heat. Frankfurters to my memory exist in cans and not sure about now but when we used to eat them in the '90s we used to just microwave them for 30 seconds or so.0

Walls make sausages that are cooked and just need reheating in the microwave.0

sorry but after researching a bit, I think I am after salami, not sausages0

AFAIK, all salami sold in the UK is intended to be eaten cold and is ready to eat from the pack.
You can buy whole salamis from specialist delis and also from Lidl.
Otherwise sliced, and available in any large supermarket. Aldi & Lidl have a good reputation for cold meat products and a large selection.0 -
I am looking something like this:
