registration for swagbucks

Ive been trying to register on the swagbucks site. First of all I get a message saying 'there is already an account with this email' so then if I try to log in, it says 'this account has been deactivated'

Ive never registered for it before. Tried with two different email addresses both of which are new to the site, same problem with both

Any ideas?
