0% Interest Credit Cards

Options
Is it just that my risk rating must be reducing or is it getting easier these days to get a 0% interest credit card? In addition, my limits are being put up allowing me to maximise 0% even further (recent example was Fluid who raised my credit limit by a further £4K and offered 0% until March 2015).

For about 2 years up until early 2013, I couldn't get accepted for a new 0% card for love nor money. In the last 9 months, I've been accepted for FOUR. I can't see how my risk is reducing as I still have personal unsecured debts of £25K on credit cards and my share in a joint loan of £1200 although I'm not complaining as all but £5K of my credit card debt is now on 0% deals and I'm paying them off nicely.

(Got my recent card today, my available credit is only £2k as opposed to other limits of c.£11, 000 so I must still be seen as a risk).

Just wondered what others thought
