List of creditors addresses

Hi everyone. I'm in the process of writing to my creditors prior to starting my DMP. I've found most of the addresses for them but I can't find one for Halifax. Im sure there's a website that has a list of most creditors addresses but I can't find it. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

At the bottom.
The BoE has a list of all banks in the UK on PDF but not with contact addresses, sadly.

A list of registered addresses of all FCA regulated firms in the UK would be nice!
