so in theory if I got this cheap 02 android phone with the £10 credit could I use my new Amex gold rewards card as my designated card - my name and a different email to register?

have to read back now to see what I need to do.

    Visa cards only I'm afraid.

My Costas that expired 2nd Jan are showing as expired in the app even though I bought the 45p lindors which gave receipts showing they had another year of validity. I wonder if they are actually expired? Will be annoyed if they are as these were the £10 ones :(
    I think....

The dates didn’t update in the app but that may not mean they did not extend.

The only way to check is to ask them to check instore or contact CS.

think it needs to be my mantra too!
We were generally guests of others over Christmas, but do seem to have a lot of 'not good for you' stuff to get through. Still have an untouched Christmas cake, boxes of chocs and a mountain of cheese.

Saying that I have spent £46.93 on groceries so far this year:eek:
but have one freezer full and have started using the second one again. (and a cupboard with a lot of biscuits!)
Currently have a huge slow cooker full of broth simmering nicely and 4 large tubs of carrot and turnip (swede for you southerners) cooling to go in the freezer, courtesy of whoopsies.
By my reckoning we should need nothing but milk and a little fruit and veg for the rest of the month.

Hope everything goes well for you re the op... that's an awfully long time.

I hope the recent announcement on postponed operations isn’t going to affect you:o

I suppose it was inevitable, the cancellation but you have been preparing yourself mentally for it for months so it puts you back to square one now, leaves you in limbo.
Possibly now you will be given something last minute if a person cancels and then it will all happen in a rush.
But hospitals seem to be full of the WVB so not an ideal time to have to go in anyway.

What was happening with work - were you having to take unpaid leave for the surgery and recovery time?

If so at least it will give you a few more weeks to build up the food stockpiles and it will take you closer towards another payday.
Yes I was taking unpaid leave. I did make a few enquiries to see wrre there any benefits I could claim whilst I was off. We are in a universal credifs are a so when i spoke to the correct departmentthey said speak to my employer about ssp.
Not sure how specialised the team of surgeons are and how quickly they will get them together again. It's mind boggling how much organisastion must go into organising these things.
I'll be honest it was the day before my birthday so at least I'll get to enjoy my birthday now :rotfl:
