Thick bleach?

Options
Hi all,

This might sound a bit strange, but can anyone tell me where I can buy genuinely thick bleach?

Asda's "thick" bleach is now literally the consistency of water, cloudy, very weak and as such is pretty much useless at cleaning the toilet. Domestos is also very watery these days.

Up until I think the middle of last year, both were fine.

In years gone by, bleach was like jelly and stuck to the bowl. Does such a product still exist?

Thanks.

Seems the same to me as it's been for years.

I used to buy Asda's but only changed because I go to Aldi more.

Thick bleach seems thick and slowly goes down the toilet bowl as it has always done, never remember it being like jelly though, must be before the 80s that!

I guess I meant more of a watery blancmange rather than jelly. Thats how I remember Domestos.

    I'll give Aldi a try.

Daft as it sounds, I'm tempted to put a video on youtube of this and see if Asda are interested in responding. lol

I have been thinking the same about Domestos. I was wondering if it was because the stuff I am now using came in 2-litre bottles rather than the 1-litre bottles that I used to buy.

We got a few of the 1 litre bottles and they are all the same.

If you are talking about toilet cleaner then the best one I have ever found is Parazone. I have tried others and they simply have not done the job, Parazone does it every time.

If you want a toilet cleaner that clings then Johnson's Duck. If anything it clings too much.

I buy Parazone Easy bleach from B&M; it's thick and cheap. But to actually clean the loo I scrub with a brush and cream cleaner, flush and finish off with a glug of bleach, all around the bowl.
