    Times flying by sooo quick £55443 outstanding mortgage Totally addicted! I said £6000.00 in total payment for the year from last june done with still 2 months to go without the overpayments it would only be half that amount...

    Hi all hope everyone is well and in good spirit just a quick update Mortgage 1 £46,373.26

    Mortgage 2 still paying £710.00 per month but due to the rate cut my total overpayment is £258 every month around 70k left on this one a bit hard to check due to no online facility.
