Are you data greedy? How much do you use on your mobile?

With the growing use of social networks, streaming services, gaming and more all done on mobiles, we wanted to see how much data you crunch in a month.

How much data (via your 3G or 4G signal not Wi-Fi) do you USE in a typical month? If unsure, check your data usage settings or your mobile bill.

Aww, at 35 I’m just in one of the older folk brackets

I typically seem to hover around 6-7GB. However 80% of it according to the phones usage logs is tethering. Which is why many won’t allow it so you can’t easily reach their limit.

I'm a free Wi-Fi 'tart'. Why would I pay extra for mobile data when I can use almost anyone else's free Wi-Fi?
FYI I'm still using the Vodafone now "unavailable for new users" text & web freebie on a pay-as-you go basis. Plus I have BT broadband at home so use that when I can but.... when I'm out & about BT's hot-spot locations are pretty bad so I simply chose whatever free wi-fi is nearest.)

I have 6GB monthly allowance (including 1GB rollover) and never get near it. Even 18 year old son only uses about 3GB. Only paying £4/month to Virgin for 1500 minutes and unlimited texts. Can't find anything cheaper!
