digging up an oldish thread here, but lending stream are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get hold off.
Yes, they phone you 10 times a day, but its always a recorded message telling you to log into the site and update your payments.
I WANT to pay my lending stream loans, but at a reduced rate / payment plan.
I have checked their website, the number on there puts you through to a recorded messaged telling you to log into the website.
emails get unanswered, letters dont get replied to...
simply constant phone calls from a recorded message.
i would be interested to know if anyone has a number for lending stream where I can speak to an actual person ?0 -

Hi, I realise this is an old thread however to anyone reading this I hope I can help.
I took 3 (yes 3) loans out with Lending Stream. I then realised, the £300 a month I needed to pay back was totally unaffordable for the next 7 months.
I emailed lending stream and told them about my situation, I had to email them an income and expenditure form (available on Google) and a copy of my payslip in PDF format and they were fine. They were quick to reply and arranged the payment plan over email, they agreed an amount of £140 to pay back a month and have frozen the interest.
Overall I think if you are willing to liase with Lending Stream they are okay, yes they are expensive but lets face it, we knew that when we took the loans out.
I hope this helps people who are struggling.0 -
their employees also seem to have a habit of posting on forums posing as customers0

I've used Lending Stream on a few occasions. I know they're expensive, but my credit rating is dire (for several reasons, I'll not go into details) and they were the only ones who were willing to lend me money within a few minutes.
The only problem I have with them happened about an hour ago. It's payday for them, I owe them money. There is an installment due to come out, but I want to finish the loan off, kill it tonight, get rid of it.
I can't and have to ring tomorrow after the installment comes out.
It's a minor inconvenience, but it's daft. A payday lender who doesn't want your money!0 -

It wouldn't let me do that either.
It's paid off now anyway and I hope to never have to use a PDL again.0
