pay off loan & use card?
Options
hello all,
My wife and i took out an 8k loan for our car about a year and a half ago,now we've just managed to pay off our credit cards which were at 8k last november,so i was thinking of saving the money that we were paying into credit card for 3 months which should be about 2k then getting a 0%intrest credit card and paying the loan off which i'm guessing will be about 5k by now so i'll have 3k to pay off in a year saving myself on intrest on the loan.I thought this was a good idea but the wife's not to sure loan is £200 a month, has anyone else done anything like this or any thoughts on this idea?
