Frittata
Back again, I love this forum.
I've made a frittata for OH's lunch tomorrow with my extra eggs but now have leftovers from tonights tea. Will my frittata keep until Wednesday's lunch or is it safer to eat it tomorrow?
Thanks

Food Standards Agency - Eat well, be well - Keeping food safe
Leftovers If you have cooked food that you aren't going to eat straight away, cool it as quickly as possible (ideally within one to two hours) and then store it in the fridge. Don't keep leftovers for longer than two days.
When you reheat food, make sure that it's piping hot all the way through. If the food is only warm it might not be safe to eat. Don't reheat food more than once.
If your frittata is similar to the one below I think it would be best eaten freshly made. Tonights left-overs should be fine on Wednesday but no longer.
