Problems with horse races comp & ITV

Since yesterday I have not been able to even log into the competitions Painkiller usually posts. I have no idea why but tried to test if it is my internet protection but it doesn't seem to be. I'm not well versed on what ticks a machine, so if anyone has an idea please give me a shout out.

    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

    Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!

    I don't know, maybe settings in parental controls or uninstall any blocking software if you put any on?
