The Ts & Cs mention both Heart and Smooth and later state one entry only so I'm not sure.

Only one entry for the shared prize, reasonable assumption is enter on one site or the other not both (they say "or" in the T&Cs not and/or) but as "duplicate entries are excluded" then the original entry should stand anyway.0
