    So that's just short of £1000 a year just to save a fraction of a percent of mortgage interest. How can that possibly make sense? :huh:
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    Your right, it won't be the best two year product for everyone. But those with large balances will benefit most.

    Break even mortgage with £1995 fees against a no fee at 1.5% will be around £200k on a 2y fix.
