So, hopeful first time buyers see the headline grabbing rate, ring up and ask a lot of stupid questions, like what is LTV, and can they borrow more than 60%, and then argue that they don't want to pay 2.49%, they just want the 1.68%. Don't want to deal with that stuff, eh?
That is so clever, prevent call centre staff "going postal" by refusing to deal with problem customers who just want to haggle.0
