    Black Friday would be the day I avoid going anywhere near any shops.

    (Except possibly Lidl, because I normally go there on a Friday, and I don't suppose they get involved in Black Friday anyway.)
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
