Multi vitamin for teens

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good multivitamin for a teenage boy, preferably one that deals with hormones 🙄😂! Hope this isn't classed as asking for medical advice btw, thanks in advance 😊

Frome experience you have a better chance of them regularly being taken if you go for palatable orange flavoured chewy ones.

Unfortunately, most teenagers don't eat all kinds of food that contain the recommended daily vitamins. My teenage son was prescribed Supradyn . Taking multivitamins may not seem to be an ideal way to get the minerals and vitamins, but it's much cheaper than buying many separate supplements.0

Not giving medical advice but if there is absorption issues, it may make zero difference how much they ingest - surely the GP should be getting to the bottom of WHY he has these issues. I suggest you go back to your GP to investigate it and don't take no for an answer as this may be nothing or something sinister.0 -

I agree and ask for a referral, if the GP can't help.
As a baby, my granddaughter had absorption problems and medics took the problem very seriously.0 -
Just go for the ones that have the most vitamins and minerals and the most of them!0
