Eligibility

1. Promotional Period

1. Weekly Prize Draw entry available between 1st October until closing on 27th January 2016. There will also be one late draw, for late entries, between 28th January - 31st March 2016. Entries submitted after the final closing time will not be included in each draw. There is 1 x 'night in' hamper available to win for this late entry draw. The late entry draw will take place on 1st April 2016.

How to Enter

1. You must purchase a special promotional pack of boxed Velvet Facial tissue (Classic or Balm variants only) for each entry you make to this promotion and you will be asked to input the unique code found underneath the tear-off strip as proof of purchase. The promotion is not available across Velvet Classic Twinpack, Velvet Balm Pocket Pack, Velvet Homestyle Compact & Velvet Larger.
2. Entries into this promotion are restricted to one entry per household per day regardless of how many promotional packs of Velvet Facial tissue you may have purchased. A household is defined by the postal address used upon entry to the promotion.
3. For the avoidance of doubt one purchase = one entry.
4. Only one prize per household will be allowed during the course of the entire promotion.
5. All entries into this promotion must be submitted by entrants in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties, agents or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means. Any person trying to circumvent the entry process by any method (e.g. multiple names, phones or address) will be disqualified (along with their household and any other associated entries) for the duration of the promotion.

7. Please ensure you keep your receipt as this will be needed to claim your prize.

2. The winner of the weekly draw and late entry draw will be the entrant selected at random from all entries received between the start and close of the relevant week. Entries will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
3. The winners of the weekly draws and the late entry draw will be contacted by email within seven days of the draw using the email address provided with their winning entry.
4. The winners will be subject to a verification process.
5. The winners are required to respond to the winner's email to confirm acceptance of the prize, validate their prize claim and confirm their name and postal address details to receive their prize.
6. If the winners do not respond to confirm prize acceptance and their delivery address, or they are in breach of the T&Cs their prize may be relinquished. An email prompt will be made to confirm address details but if, after 28 days, these are not provided, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
7. Should the Promoter subsequently decline to award the prize to the initial winner at our sole discretion because they have failed to comply with these terms and conditions, the prize will be awarded to another entrant chosen, next in line as a reserve at the same time as the original draw.

4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

General

1. By taking part in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they will be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. 2. The winner's full names and counties will be available by writing to Velvet Facial Promotion, c/o LIFE Agency, 45 Frederick Street, Birmingham, B1 3EL within 3 months of the promotion closing date enclosing a SAE.
3. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days). If you enter multiple times we reserve the right to ask for all receipts relating to all entries in order to validate a winning entry. Receipts must be received within 14 days.
