I was a first time buyer when I took my mortgage on some years ago, I got no incentives, no special deals and no government help to get me started and I had to cope with volatile interest rates fueled by government policy at the time.

Who do I apply to for my refund/compensation?

Does anyone know if you can use the Help to Buy ISA to put down a deposit for a property on shared ownership?
